We will do to the best of our ability to Express Post customers orders so customers will receive their orders sooner than later at no extra cost.
Most orders will be delivered to your door within approximately 2 to 5 Business days. Delivery may exceed the estimated delivery window for reasons outside our control. If your delivery is delayed or brought forward, we will let you know.
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive a courtesy email with your expected delivery or a completed order confirmation notification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will receive their courtesy email the next business day. Tracking information will be forwarded once confirmed. To ensure email delivery to your inbox add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book. Layla Linen includes signature on delivery unless otherwise requested by the customer on all orders where items are valued over $50. Orders valued at $50 and under do not include signature on delivery. However, if you do not require a signature on delivery you can send us a quick reply via email. Also, let us know if you have a preferred spot you would like your parcel left. Layla Linen does not include Signature on delivery on all orders with a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker address. We do not accept liability for theft of merchandise once an order is in transit. However, if following an investigation, it is proven Australia Post or any other designated courier by Layla Linen is responsible for the loss of an order. We will replace the same for same wherever possible following the full course and conclusion of the investigation. If a customer chooses not to include signature on delivery, we cannot be responsible for the loss of an order where tracking shows the order has been delivered to the shipping address given. In either case, please contact us and we will to the best of our ability endeavour to locate your order. If you receive an order damaged in transit, please take a photo immediately before and after unpacking. Then forward these photos onto us. We will then organise return postage for you under these circumstances and email instructions for return post. Once we receive your returned order, we will organise a new order. If the order is no longer available, we will arrange a full refund.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods sent to the address given by you in your order.
The couriers or postal services nominated by Layla Linen will deliver Products during local business hours (9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday)
Layla Linen is not responsible for the delivery times of Products. Once products have dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to liaise with the courier nominated by Layla Linen (as notified to the Customer) concerning date and time of delivery.
Layla Linen will honour our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law if any product is damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped for reasons that are in our error.
